Everything except the haircut. A proper bath, a full dry, and a brush out that actually gets to the skin.
From $35 for dogs, from $50 for cats. Includes nail trim and grind, ear cleaning, and a feet and sanitary trim.
How it goes
- Brush and check. I go through the coat first to find mats and hot spots.
- Bath. Shampoo matched to the coat and skin. Two washes if the coat needs it.
- Full dry and brush out. This is the part most people skip at home, and it is the part that makes the difference.
- Nails, ears, tidy up. Nail trim and grind, ear clean, feet and sanitary trim.
- Home the same visit. No crate, no waiting.
Best for short and smooth coats, for double coats between full grooms, and for any dog whose owner likes the length it is already at.
Questions
Is this enough for a doodle or a poodle?
Between haircuts, yes. But curly coats need the haircut too or they mat. If it has been a while, a Full Groom is the better call.
Does it include nails?
Yes. Nail trim and grind is included, not an add-on.
My dog sheds constantly. Will this help?
A bath and brush helps. A de-shedding treatment on top helps considerably more for double-coated breeds.
Grooming hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, inside Camp Bow Wow Monument in Monument. Those are not the same as Camp Bow Wow's front desk hours, so please come during grooming hours. Serving Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor and Gleneagle.
