Kennel free, always
Most salons put your dog in a crate between the bath and the table, sometimes for hours. I do not. Your pet stays with me from start to finish and goes home as soon as we are done.

Not a disclaimer at the bottom of the page. It is the reason to book. Grandma pace when it is needed, extra breaks, and a groomer who reads body language before things escalate.

Cats, genuinely
Most places refuse cats or take them reluctantly, for the same reason they rush seniors: cats cannot be hurried. Mine get their own appointment and their own pace.

- We talk first. Coat, age, any handling history, and what you want them to look like.
- You hear the price before I start. Not after.
- Bath, dry, brush out, then the cut. Breaks whenever your pet needs one, not on a schedule.
