Meet Bee
Hi, I'm Bee. Pet stylist, professional fluff sculptor, and full-time believer that every pet deserves a calm, stress-free spa day.
I specialize in senior and reactive pets, which basically means I move at grandma pace when needed, celebrate the small wins, and respect everyone's personal bubble (even the spicy ones). Patience, gentle handling, and reading body language are at the heart of everything I do, because grooming should feel safe, not scary.
My goal is to build trust with each pet so they feel comfortable coming back. Sometimes that means extra breaks, sometimes a quiet appointment, sometimes just taking things one paw at a time. Compassion makes all the difference, especially for pets who need a little more understanding.
At home I'm lovingly supervised by Lyllie, my miniature schnauzer; Delilah, my giant schnauzer, who firmly believes she is a lap dog; Ophelia, my cat, who runs the entire operation with not-so-quiet authority; and the real brawn of the group, Jude, my grey bunny. They remind me every day why I'm so passionate about creating positive experiences for every furry friend I meet.
What I believe about grooming
Safety beats speed
Fewer pets a day is the product, not a limitation of it. A groom that takes an extra forty minutes because your dog needed to sit down twice is a groom done right.
Nobody gets shamed
If your pet is matted, or it has been a year, or the last place had a bad time, you will not hear about it from me. We just start from where we are.
The crate stays empty
Your pet is with me the whole appointment and goes home when we are finished.
You hear the price first
Coat condition changes what a groom costs. You will know the number before I pick up a clipper, never after.
Where to find me
Bees Knees Grooming is an independent business working out of Camp Bow Wow Monument at 18985 Base Camp Rd, Monument. I serve Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor and Gleneagle.
Grooming hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, which is not the same as Camp Bow Wow's front desk hours. Please come during grooming hours for your appointment.
