That is a Full Groom. It includes everything in a Bath & Brush plus the haircut.
If the length is fine and it just needs cleaning
That is a Bath & Brush. Bath, full dry, brush out, nails and ears.
If your pet finds grooming hard
Start with a free Meet & Greet or a nail trim, then read how I work with reactive and senior pets.
If it is a cat
Cat grooming is its own appointment with its own pace, and I genuinely take them.
